St Mary Optical provides professional eye care services including comprehensive vision examinations, prescription lens dispensing, contact lens fitting, frame selection and adjustment, paediatric eye care and eyewear accessory retail. Services are provided at our clinic located at 1st Floor, Sama House, Githurai 45, Thika Road, Nairobi.

Our website provides information about our services, an online appointment booking facility, a product and accessories catalogue and educational vision care content. The website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a substitute for professional clinical advice.

3.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly by phone or WhatsApp. A booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific optometrist unless otherwise arranged.

3.2 Cancellations

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future appointment availability during peak periods.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information when booking and attending appointments. Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of care we are able to offer.

All prices displayed in our catalogue are indicative and quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Final pricing depends on your prescription requirements, selected frame, chosen lens type and any applicable coatings. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or finish due to screen display differences and manufacturing variations.

We accept payment by cash, M-Pesa, VISA and Mastercard. We also accept valid claims from authorised insurance providers including SHA, AAR Insurance and Minet. Insurance benefits are subject to the terms and limits of your individual policy. Any costs not covered by insurance are payable by you at the time of collection.

Prescriptions issued by our optometrists are valid for use at St Mary Optical or any registered optical practice. We are not responsible for lens or frame performance when a prescription issued by us is dispensed elsewhere.

We offer complimentary frame adjustments and nose pad replacements on eyewear dispensed by us. Warranty on lenses covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover scratches, breakages or damage caused by misuse.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers; transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; upload or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive or infringes any third-party rights.
